I hope these pages will encourage you to quietly slow down and appreciate the beauty around us. Whether you’re in the busy city or up on a remote hillside or in your garden at home just take time out to observe your surroundings in fine detail. For fellow creatives - although I do believe deep within that we’re all creative souls - I hope my own bumpy adventure will inspire, encourage and nurture you in some meaningful way.
